Our Story
Rabbit Hole was created in June 2017 by co-owners Jeff & Corye Sparks, but their relationship with Downtown Bryan goes way back. Jeff began his antique restoration business, Sparks Restoration Service, 35 years ago at The Attic Antiques, his parents’ shop located in Downtown Bryan. This business continues and thrives today within the walls of Rabbit Hole. When Jeff & Corye were married in 1989, their first home, an old building on Main Street, was located right in the heart of Downtown Bryan. By living and working in Downtown Bryan, an appreciation for the area grew.Since its inception, Rabbit Hole continues to flourish because of Jeff’s knowledge, talent and experience with antiques and restoration, and Corye’s eye for design and merchandising. This antiques & collectibles shop is located in the midst of Historic Downtown Bryan which offers a wonderful welcoming environment for shopping, eating, and entertainment. With a love for all things old, Rabbit Hole offers a unique shopping experience, with a little something for everyone.

PRICING
Guidelines For Common Furniture Items- The Quick Quote prices are a guideline for approximate cost to repair/restore.
- Prices listed are for basic restoration/refinishing with no unusual issues or repairs.
- All repairs are quoted separately, including fabrication of missing pieces/parts.
- Larger or complex items may incur an additional cost.
- Smaller or simpler items may have lower cost.
- The condition/type of finish to be removed can be a factor in the cost of restoration (i.e. polyurethane).
- Painted furniture cannot be stripped.
- Staining furniture is based on available stain colors.
- Custom color stains may increase the cost of restoration.
- Color matching/applying toners to the finish increases the amount of time and product applied, and increases the cost of the restoration.
